What in the world is a mother (or father or anyone) thinking when they are driving down the street in their car smoking a cigarette with ONE window cracked and two babies in the backseat???

That's disgusting... poor babies have no choice, but to breathe in the smokey air. :o(
There should be a law against it. I keep seeing this and finally had to say something about it!
It's not going to change it, but it makes me feel better getting it out there!

OH MY love!!! i know EXACTLY how you feel!!!! Washington wants to pass a law that states people CANNOT smoke in a car anymore!!!! i hope it passes just for kids!!!!
