
Okay... so I know I said I was going to try "Pump and Jam" tonight, but the fact is, with my schedule it just didn't work out. By the time I get off work, go run a few errands, come home, take care of the dogs...mail... etc. it would be time to jet out the door to get to my 5:00 PM class. So today I decided that I would try YOGA! Now I have done yoga before, many times actually. I took a few yoga classes at Central. I loved how there were so little people there tonight (10 max- evenly spread between men and women of all ages and fitness levels.) The room was warm and dark with super soothing music. I liked it. I don't feel like I got a good workout in though ... :/
I don't know enough about yoga to know if I'm suppose to really "feel" it or not, it's been so long since I have done it. Regardless it got me out of the house for an hour and a half tonight! I am realizing that: I have horrible balance, I don't keep good posture while working out, and I don't freaking BREATHE while I do it. I hold my breath... who does that?!? Well, me apparently.
Tomorrow night it's on to ZUMBA!
