2009 Recap

January:
Kristina turns 24!

We put an offer in on our first house...


February:
I think this was a pretty low key month for us. We were SUPPOSE to close on the house February 13th, but that didn't happen. I do remember waking up to a WONDERFUL breakfast served to me in bed on Valentines Day! Alex made these wonderful muffins and forgot to put eggs in them and they were the best ever! Then a few weeks later he tried to make them again and actually followed the directions and they were just not that good. We laugh about it to this day!

March:
Simon turns ONE!

We FINALLY got to move...




April:
Alex turns 24 and we celebrated court side at the Blazer game!

Alex also got a BIG promotion in April! :o) This has been a HUGE blessing for us this year.
We did LOTS of projects around the new house...

May:
Alex FINALLY got a new truck! We took our $8,000 new home buyer money and took some out of savings and BAM there you got it a new truck!




June:
In June I finished school and.....
we finally sold the Red Ranger aka The Red Hooptie.
Bye Bye....


July:
I was off work for the month of July... I baked and baked and baked some more!
We also had a fantastic 4th of July on a wonderful yacht owned by Alex's aunt and uncle.

Alex and I also met friends of ours, Cynthia and Anthony in Seattle for a Mariners Game as well as a camping trip with my family!


August:
August was a HUGE month for us! We celebrated our one year wedding anniversary in BEAUTIFUL Las Vegas and welcomed a new member to the family!


Alex's dad also got married in August! Now Suzanne is OFFICIALLY part of the family! :o)

September:
Well September was back to work for me... work, work, work, work, work and not much else! Oh and a TON of puppy training!


October:
In October Alex and I took our first trip together with BOTH puppies. We went to both Long Beach and Seaside. We had a wonderful trip.



We also celebrated our first Halloween in our new house and had a pumpkin carving date!


November:
In November we were lucky enough to get to go to another Blazer Game. Not court side this time, but maybe even better.... ALL INCLUSIVE seats! Man did we EAT!

We also had Thanksgiving... TWICE! It was fun!

December:
Our first Christmas in our very own home...


And a New Years in Leavenworth, Washington...
